Estates: Latest news

Estates Stores will be closed on Thursday 23 July and Friday 24 July to allow for stocktaking to take place.

During the closure, Estates Stores will be unable to:

• Accept deliveries
• Process collections
• Issue stock or materials

Staff across the University who use Estates Stores for deliveries are asked not to arrange deliveries to Stores on these dates and to plan ahead for any materials or items they may require.

Suppliers are being contacted directly and advised of the closure. However, there may be some disruption to deliveries and collections immediately before and after the stocktake period while normal operations resume.

If you have items currently held in Stores that you need to collect, please arrange to do so before the closure where possible.

Estates Stores will reopen and resume normal operations on Monday 27 July.
