Warwick Accommodation celebrates Best Young Talent award
Innovative solutions to improving student experience have earned in Warwick Accommodation recognition on the national stage.
Frazer Gray, Business Support Officer with Warwick Accommodation, scooped Kinetic’s Best Young Talent Award at the 2026 Kinetic Live conference earlier this month.
Kinetic is a leading technology partner for higher education accommodation. The Best Young Talent award celebrates emerging professionals who bring fresh thinking, curiosity and technical ingenuity to the sector.
Frazer's ability to master complex system logic, spot opportunities for improvement and translate them into meaningful change has helped reshape key stages of Warwick's student accommodation journey.

Frazer has transformed the Book Now and application processes to improve clarity at peak times. He has also strengthened safeguarding with specialised under‑18 wording, enhanced Hobbies & Interests options to support more compatible groupings, and reorganised application sections to improve layout and usability across devices.
However, Frazer’s most forward‑looking innovation is the development of his own AI‑driven modelling to support auto‑group allocation.
Casey Orrin, Business Operations and Systems Manager with Warwick Accommodation, said: “What sets Frazer apart is not only the breadth of what he delivers, but the mindset behind it. He identifies opportunities before they become problems, proposes solutions grounded in technical insight and implements changes with precision and care.
“His work has improved the student experience, reduced administrative burden and expanded what we believed was possible within Kinetic.”
Frazer’s combination of technical skill, creativity and collaboration has already made a significant contribution to Warwick Accommodation. The award recognises not only what he has achieved so far, but the exciting potential still ahead.
Congratulations, Frazer!
