Estates Future Leaders Prepare For Challenges Ahead
Both Daniel Gibbons (Programme Manager) and Duncan Stiles (Compliance and Assurance Manager) from Estates attended the AUDE’s inaugural Summer School development programme 2018/19 which took place at The University of Nottingham. The focus was on developing skills to support the potential next generation of sector estates leaders and the programme covered practical skills, people skills, team building and strategic skills as well as delivering a 3000 word special project themed on the delivery of an efficient and effective Estate. This programme will prepare them both for the challenges ahead to support Estates and the wider University.
The 2nd year of the Summer School development programme is due to run at Warwick this year from 24th – 27th June 2019, by AUDE with Warwick Conferences hosting the event. It will be supported by our Vice Chancellor, Stuart Croft and Estates Director, James Breckon, both presenting during the programme.
