You may have noticed that preliminary work has started to prepare for the HS2 railway construction on the southern edge of the University campus. Whilst most of this preliminary work will not affect the campus, there will be some impact on the A429 and the cycle path, and there will be work impacting the A46 from 2020.

The contractors that will be carrying out the construction; Balfour Beatty VINCI and Laing O’Rourke and Murphy Group will be holding a drop-in session for staff and students.

Come along on Wednesday 23 January between 2 and 4pm at the Mathematical Sciences Building in room MB0.08.

This is an opportunity to find out more about the work taking place ahead of HS2 construction, and ask any questions you may have.
