We’ll be very busy during the Black Friday and Christmas periods. We won’t be able to guarantee processing everything we receive each day, on the day it arrives. In fact, it may take us several days to process items.
If you haven’t received an email from the Student Post Room to say your item is ready for collection, don’t ask us to locate your item. Unfortunately we’ll be too busy processing the huge number of deliveries that come in.

Alternative delivery options:
- Consider using the Amazon locker service.
- Consider using the Royal Mail Local Collect service, if available, and collect your items from the on-campus Post Office in the Rootes Grocery Store.
- If you must order urgent items to the Student Post room during this time, use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service.
