Redemption of a completed loyalty card
- A completed loyalty card (containing 9 Eatwise stamps) entitles the bearer to one regular sized, barista-made drink, free of charge. This includes iced coffees and iced chocolate but does not include frappes.
- Extra shots, syrups, whipped cream and marshmallows can be added to the free drink, however the bearer will be charged extra for these additions.
Receiving a stamp on your loyalty card
- The cardholder will receive one stamp with each purchase of a barista-made drink.
- Stamps cannot be claimed when using internal food and drink vouchers.
- A stamp can only be claimed at the time of transaction, it cannot be claimed at a later date.
- The cardholder will not receive a loyalty stamp when claiming their free drink.
