Terms of Reference
1. Proposes a framework of data, indicators and analysis to monitor engagement, progression and outcomes over time.
2. Innovates and advises on new indicators and analysis that could be developed.
3. Receives, tests and adds to draft reporting and analysis from responsible teams through the year, in line with the agreed framework.
4. Provides objective reporting and analysis to the full range of education-related committee to inform their policy development and quality assurance work.
5. Advises on potential interventions to support and improve student success based on the analysis undertaken.
6. Champions and leads by example in maturing the University’s approach to understanding differences and disparity in datasets, be that demographic, intersectional, mode/level of study, or discipline.
Reporting Structure
The Student Outcomes Analysis Panel reports to the Student Success Subcommittee.

Notification of papers for consideration by the Student Outcomes Analysis Panel should be submitted to the Secretary three weeks in advance and the paper should be submitted two weeks in advance of the meeting at which they are to be considered. Please refer to the table below for paper notification and paper submission deadlines for 2024/25 meetings.
