Departmental Risk Assessment Guidelines

In addition to the Finance Office Guidelines for the Preparation of Five-Year Plans, further guidance for departments undertaking their Risk Assessment as part of the Five-Year Planning process has been developed and is published online.

Departments should consult the guidance on Undertaking a Departmental Risk Assessment prior to completing these forms as there have been some changes to the process for academic departments for 2010/11.

  • Departmental Risk Management Form to be completed and submitted alongside 5 Year Plans: Departmental Risk Management Form Deadline for submission is 18 March 2011.
