Your Account

Register your ITS account
This guide takes you through the process of registering and activating your Warwick IT Services account. You'll need this to access our other services.

Your Email Address

How to access Warwick email
Once your account is registered with us you'll be assigned an @warwick.ac.uk email address. Here's how to access and use your new email account.

Need Help?

IT Services Help Desk
Our Help Desk team are here to support you in using our services, and to respond to any issues you have with them. You can contact them online, via email or by phone.

Campus Network

Connecting to our network
We offer both wired and wireless network options for staff and students. On our network pages you'll find guides on how to connect to any of these.

Files & Folders

Your personal filestore
We allocate storage space to everyone with an IT account. You can access this from anywhere online, and request more if you need it.
