We offer you unlimited onsite support for your computer at a competitive price of £30 per academic year when you purchase it within the first 30 days of the first term. This service is provided in partnership with XMA, and it includes assistance with common problems with your device such as configuring your network access, software installation, recovery from virus attacks and other helpful services. It does not include any hardware parts that may need to be replaced.
What computer or device is best for your studies?
Most laptops or computers will work on the University network. We support PCs, Linux machines and Macs. If you are required to use any specific software that your machine cannot run, you can use one of the computers in the work areas we provide.
