We provide technical support for all centrally timetabled and committee rooms. If you would like technical support in a room you have not used before, you can book one of our technicians in advance to be there at the start of your lecture.

If you're in a room and there's a fault or you don't know how to use some of the equipment, please call us on 024 765 22463 and we will send someone out as soon as possible to try to solve your problem.

Radio Broadcasts

We also provide technical assistance for radio broadcasts. If you have a radio broadcast scheduled in the broadcast studio and you're not sure where it is or how to use the equipment, one of our technicians can meet you at the Arts Centre Box Office, escort you to the studio and set you up ready for the broadcast.

Our technicians are on call during standard support hours which are:

• Term Time - 8:30am - 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 6:00pm Friday
