Different types of Audio and Video Conferencing equipment are installed in these rooms across campus:

• Wired Video Conferencing with Solstice (Microsoft Teams enabled as part of our Hybrid Meeting Rooms)
• Logitech Rally Bar and Logitech MeetUp (Microsoft Teams enabled)
• Video Conferencing Meeting Owl Pro (Microsoft Teams enabled)
• "Surface Hub 55" and "Surface Hub 84" (Microsoft Teams enabled) - Basic Guidance
• Colleagues in the Library have been allocated two Video Conferencing Meeting Owl Pros whilst a further two are also available for loan from the Library Drop In. You should also be aware that a quantity of Video Conferencing Logitech Meetup devices are also available from within the Library Drop In as needed.

The big screens within the IDG Central office are bookable via the following resource accounts in your Outlook calendar.

• Surface Hub 55 – smallest, closest to kitchen, keyboard and HDMI cables etc, are stored in the back
• Surface Hub 84 – largest, now located in First Floor Learning Grid
