How can I see all problems I have reported, which have now been fixed?

Viewing issues you have raised which IT Services have resolved

To view an issue which IT Services indicates they have fixed (resolved):

Click on My Resolved Issues menu item

Self-Service - My Resolved Issues

This will open a list of your resolved calls.


To view an individual record, simply click on the appropriate number and it will open the record.
