How can we help?
We're here to help all students and staff. There are several ways you can request our services and report issues:
Self-Service Online - make requests and report incidents through our web-based tool ServiceNow
Call us on +44 (0) 2476573737 or Ext 73737 (internally). We're open 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and customary holidays e.g. Christmas period).

Come to see us in person at our drop-in centre on the 1st floor of the Library. It's open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and customary holidays), closed for lunch 1pm to 2pm.
