How can we help?
We're here to help all students and staff. There are several ways you can request our services and report issues:
Self-Service Online - make requests and report incidents through our web-based tool ServiceNow
Call us on 024 765 73737. We're open 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Come to see us in person at our drop-in centre on the 1st floor of the Library. It's open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), closed for lunch 1pm to 2pm.
The drop-in centre will be closed until further notice. For any support queries please contact us via phone, self-service or email.
