Mobile Print Update - Outage
We are updating the print service used by mobile devices - smartphones and tablets on campus. Customers will notice a 10-15 minute printing outage with the potential risk of longer downtime between:
- 10 am and 12 noon on the 26th May 2020 - (HP Mobile Print)
- 10 am and 12 noon on the 28th May 2020 - (Kyocera Mobile Print)

What potential impact upon our customers may occur?
- Customers will see up to a 10-15 minute outage of the Mobile Print Service and you should consider the service at risk for the duration of each change window.
What do customers need to do about it if they have any problems?
- Our guidance to customers would be to resend via email or upload the document (s) again to the mobile print service and try to collect it/them once more.
- Limited numbers of customers could lose connectivity to the Mobile Print print service/website. We recommend trying to browse to the Mobile Print website once more to upload the file or to resend your email and any attachments to the Mobile Print email address (mobile.printing@warwick.ac.uk) as needed.
