We released Module Approval 41 on 1st March. In this version, we have fixed bugs and implemented improvements:

• User can now choose zero assessments as part of the BasicModuleDetails section for zero credit modules. Any existing assessments related to this module revision's academic year will be removed as part of the SITS upload when the cycle completes if user chooses zero assessments.
• Learning hours doesn't need to be entered as multiple of credits for 0 credit modules. User can enter any number of learning hours for zero credit modules now.
• Support for new assessment types for CEDA post summer exams(EX/OEX) . This option is only available for School of Engineering department.
• There were instances where user wanted to push just module leader changes back to SITS where revision's academic year belonged to the last year. Previously, system displayed academic year drop down starting from the current year which means users were unable to push module leader change instantaneously as they were forced to change the academic year. System now displays last year also as part of the drop down.
• Some improvements to the assessment section validation part so it is clear which fields are not filled by highlighting the relevant fields.

We released Module Approval 40 on 11th February. In this version, we have implemented improvements:

• new modules progress report page
• allow navigating from modules quick count page to modules progress report page to view respective modules

We released Module Approval 39 on 28th January. In this version, we have fixed bugs and implemented improvements:

• expose additional fields in various API endpoints.

• external teaching split providers are now rendered with institution name instead of code.

We released Module Approval 38 on 16th January. In this version,  In this version, we have fixed bugs and implemented improvements:

• Fixed a bug which caused module report page "/reports/module/[moduleId]" to crash
• Assessment learning outcomes checkbox table in assessment section is now responsive
• Teaching section now renders correctly in Firefox
• Option to exclude draft revisions in v3 module api endpoint "/api/v3/modules"
• Added warning headers for deprecated modules api endpoint

We released Module Approval 37 on 16th December. In this version, we have fixed bugs and implemented improvements:

• If you now go to some module where you don't have permissions, it displays permission denied (status 403) rather than page not found (status 404). Module API also does the same.
• Module revision API now exposes pre-requisite module codes in addition to Ids (https://warwick.ac.uk/services/its/servicessupport/web/moduleapproval/api - /api/v2/modules/:module_id/revisions/:revision_id).
• Module page sorting on columns is now working. It was previously broken.
• Coding stage would now stop coders from submitting form for uploading to SITS in case students are registered and user has done major assessment component changes (type/weighting). Coder would be able to see the validation message if that is the case. Earlier, system was uploading to SITS but as part of further background process, failing at the later stage and needed manual intervention to move back to draft.
• Module modified by SITS now works based on the academic year also.
• Centrally timetabled online assessments now includes sectioned paper questions. These fields allow system to decide whether the paper code should be generated for SITS as part of the module upload process. There are instances where same paper code is used for multiple modules.
• PDF view now includes sectioned paper fields.
• Help Role contents are ordered now based on the life cycle of module.
