This form will be used to manage attendance at an event. Your attendance at the event will be recorded and associated with your name, and email address in order to provide updates and information about the event, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of the event.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick except where we use external diagnostic providers, facilitators/trainers and/external coaches/ and event partners who will process your personal data for the purpose of providing learning and research services.
