Enhancing Research Culture

The Enhancing Research Culture Fund, underpinned by an award to the University from Research England, will allow researchers to pilot new initiatives or increase the scale of already-proven activities, in any of the areas covered by the R&D People and Culture Strategy, which sets out a vision for ensuring the research system is made up of talented and diverse people with the right skills, working in an environment that nurtures and gets the best out of everyone.
