Add your pronouns, manage delegates and set your preferred name
You can add 'delegates' who can impersonate you to manage your profile on your behalf. On the same page, you can add your pronouns.
1. Open the menu at the top left of the homepage:

2. Under 'My Profile' and 'Settings', select 'Manage Delegates':

3. Start typing your chosen delegate's surname into the box; a drop down list will appear. Click their name and then 'Update delegates':

4. To add your pronouns, scroll to the 'Pronouns' section and type your pronouns into the text box. Click 'Update pronouns'.
5. To change your preferred name, go to the 'Preferred names' section, type in your preferred name(s) and click 'Update preferred names'.

Please then follow the on-screen link (shown above) to review your Search Settings, and ensure all variants of your name are being used in searching for your publications and grants.
