All successful EUTOPIA URSS applicants may be invited to participate in other opportunities to showcase their research at exhibitions and events, such as the International Conference of Undergraduate Research. The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided in this online form for the purpose of processing your application for a EUTOPIA Undergraduate Research Scholarship. Funding decisions will be made by a panel consisting of members from each of the EUTOPIA universities: CY Cergy Paris University, Vrije University Brussels, University of Warwick, University of Ljubljana, University of Gothenburg and Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona). Your application will be shared with these universities for the purposes of assessing your application and, if successful, awarding funding.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is: a) to take steps at your request with a view to there being a contract between the University and you and to perform the contract afterwards and b) you give consent. By submitting this form you are deemed to have consented to the processing of your personal data for some or all of the purposes described above. Where personal data is processed with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you do withdraw your consent then you will need to contact . Please note that you are not obliged to provide your personal data to us, but if you choose not to do so then you will not be considered for Scholarship.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick, except with the EUTOPIA universities listed above. Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA and will be kept securely by the EUTOPIA universities. Successful applications will be kept for seven years according to the University of Warwick’s retention schedule. Unsuccessful scholarship applications will be deleted up to three months after a funding decision has been communicated to you.
