Making a project plan
Once you have met with your supervisor and agreed how you will work together and what your project output will be, it is a good idea to put together a project plan. This will help you organise what you need to do, when you need to do it and what help you might need in order to do it.
Your plan will also help to keep you on track, and alert you early if you have fallen behind schedule so that you can address the delay and ask for help if you need it.
The template below is a suggested project plan which you may want to adapt.
