Data Dashboards

The University has a number of data dashboards to access institutional, departmental, and sector data to support inclusion-focused work. These dashboards enable us to analyse diversity monitoring data across all different aspects of the lifecycle of people’s involvement with the University.

This page includes information about how colleagues can access key social inclusion data dashboards.

Staff and student data

We are developing staff and student data dashboards, which will allow key staff in faculties to access institutional and faculty data in key aspects of the lifecycle of people’s involvement with the University to support inclusion-focused work.

Awarding Gap Summary

As part of the University's Inclusive Education Model work, a dashboard has been developed to help departments understand their current situation in regard to any awarding gaps within their undergraduate student cohort.

Athena Swan Workbooks

To support departments submitting for Athena Swan awards, these Tableau workbooks include staff and student data across the whole lifecycle, a range of protected characteristics, and sector data for benchmarking.

Strategic Planning & Analytics

The Strategic Planning and Analytics team can provide data for a wide range of needs. Check the dashboards on thier webpages, or if you have a specific request which hasn't been met elsewhere contact SPA using ServiceNow.
