Our data dashboards enable us to assess diversity across all different aspects of the lifecycle of people’s involvement with the University.

 

The University has a number of data dashboards to access institutional and departmental staff and student data to support inclusion-focused work.

In addition, IDG can provide data for a wide range of needs - check the dashboards on their webpages, or if you have a specific request which hasn't been met elsewhere contact the Analytics team with ServiceNow.

People and Pay Gap

Heads of Department can use the People Data App to see institutional and departmental staff and gender pay gap data to explore profiles and trends. Our webpages also include a range of People Resources, focused on recruiting and nurturing diverse talent and deeply embedding inclusive practices in how we work.

For any questions: Staff should speak to their Head of Department. Heads of Department should speak to their Strategic People Partner. Please note, access is currently restricted to identified users within departments.

 

Awarding Gap

As part of the University's Inclusive Education Model work, an Awarding Gap dashboard (also known as the Attainment Summary Dashboard) has been developed to help departments understand their current position regarding awarding gaps within your undergraduate cohort.

For any questions: You can request access to the dashboard or submit general enquiries by emailing . Please note, access is currently restricted to identified users within departments.

 

Athena Swan

To support departments submitting for the Athena Swan Charter these dashboards have been created to enable departments to access staff and student data across the whole lifecycle from admissions to attainment, and a range of protected characteristics
