Pippa Simpson shared brilliant insights on managing others
Pippa has over 20 years experience as a management and leadership trainer and facilitator working in a number of different organisations ranging from SME’s to global multinational organisations. This has created opportunities for Pippa to work across Europe the USA and Australia and work within a variety of different workplace cultures. Pippa joined the Talent & Development team at the University of Warwick in August 2019.
A Chartered member of the Institute of the Personnel and Development (CIPD) for 20 years Pippa is a Level 5 qualified coach and a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Pippa manages the Universities internal coaching scheme and is responsible for developing a coaching culture across the wider University through aligning a number of different activities to support the culture change.
Pippa is qualified and experienced in a number of workplace psychometrics including Strength scope (Master Practitioner) MBTI, FIRO-B, and Insights and continually expands her professional development to create learning and development programmes and events where everyone can thrive.

Finding Your Voice!
Professor Christina Hughes delighted audiences with her presentation and practical strategies on 11 June 2025. The event focused on the theme of "Finding your voice" in the workplace. Her keynote talk included how to advocate for yourself, and how to make yourself be heard.
