Role: Student Community Experience Officer

Core Work:

• Design and deliver inclusive extra-curricular student engagement programmes that foster belonging and build community at Warwick.
• Leads on key intercultural and student-led initiatives, including the Global Illuminations Procession and the Culture Exchange programme, embedding student voice throughout.
• Co-create events and activities in partnership with students and societies, with a particular focus on increasing engagement among underrepresented student communities and improving inclusive practice
• Oversee the full lifecycle of event production from ideation and planning through to delivery and evaluation.
• Support the strategic development of the Together at Warwick programme.

Additional Work:

• Support digital communications and peer-to-peer promotion of events, including coordination of student-created content.
• Provide advice and consultancy to partners across the University who deliver events and student-led activities.
• Contribute to institutional priorities including Welcome Week, internationalisation and widening participation.
• Contribute to reporting, evaluation and strategic development across the Student Experience team
