• Responding to visa-related enquiries from both staff and students within service level agreements
• Undertaking complex immigration casework and following cases through to a conclusion.
• Facilitating referrals or signposting to other specialist services internally or externally.
• Actively supporting departments and admissions on visa-related issues.
• Keeping on top of immigration rules changes, updating and creating resources to guide international students on visa issues.
• Delivering webinars, Q&A sessions, and In-person events around visa topics.
• Supporting projects to improve the international student experience.

Additional Work:

• Assisting in the enrolment right to study event.
• Leading/feeding into projects to develop policies around visa and compliance operations.
• Supporting compliance work as and when required.
• Working in collaboration with careers support for international students.
