Core Work:
- International Student Experience and Support- supports innovation in service design and good practice sharing, working closely with key stakeholders and students
- Lead on the International Student Ambassador Programme
- Use of student voice to inform, support, and identify service gaps
- Organises and facilitates Student Voice events, focus groups, and interviews
- Coordinates the International Student Roundtable
- Enabling dialogue and co-created solutions to key student experience challenges
Additional Work:
- Supports the International Student Wellbeing Project (2025)
- Manages the International Student Success Course
- Coordinates Welcome Week projects and the International Student Hub
- Oversees the International Student Support and other webpages (Banking, transition out, international career support, etc. )
- Provides project support to the Deputy Director, including research, presentation prep, meeting coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Recruits, trains, and manages student staff, ensuring meaningful engagement, effective task delivery, and timely administrative processes.
