Core Work:

  • First point of contact for international students, offering support in person, by email and online

  • Supports the Student Visa Advice Service with initial guidance and enquiry triage

  • Maintains specialist knowledge of international student support to identify challenges and suggest improvements

  • Leads Welcome Support appointments, checking visa documents and assisting with enrolment compliance

  • Provides key administrative support, managing appointments, calendars and general office coordination

Additional Work:

    • Contributes to service development through student feedback and experience enhancement

    • Assists with planning and delivery of welcome and induction activities

    • Supports UKVI compliance audits with document checks and reporting

    • Participates in wider campus initiatives to improve the student experience

    • Provides on-campus support during the September arrival period
