First point of contact for international students, offering support in person, by email and online

Supports the Student Visa Advice Service with initial guidance and enquiry triage

Maintains specialist knowledge of international student support to identify challenges and suggest improvements

Leads Welcome Support appointments, checking visa documents and assisting with enrolment compliance

Provides key administrative support, managing appointments, calendars and general office coordination

Contributes to service development through student feedback and experience enhancement

Assists with planning and delivery of welcome and induction activities

Supports UKVI compliance audits with document checks and reporting

Participates in wider campus initiatives to improve the student experience

Provides on-campus support during the September arrival period
