Tanvi Jain (2nd Year)

I'm Tanvi, a penultimate year undergraduate studying Economics, Politics and International Studies, my passion for policy making led me to this course and the same passion translated to being a co-creation officer! This project is really exciting, and I am looking forward to help make a positive impact on student experience here at Warwick.

Vanshika Singhania (Final Year)

Hello! My name is Vanshika Singhania, and I am a final year student pursuing a degree in Management with Finance. I love interacting with new people and am part of various societies on campus. I am also the President of Enactus Warwick and I am really passionate about bringing positive change through entrepreneurship! Besides this, I also love cooking and doing adventure sports (in fact I happened to complete a skydive this year!) I am really enthusiastic to work as a Co-Creation Officer and I am looking forward to working with Transitions Project Lead and the team :)

Chanel Popoola (2nd Year)

Hi I’m Chanel, a second-year psychology student, and I'm incredibly excited to join the team as a co-creation officer. Change has become a genuine passion of mine, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to work on this project. Recently, I had the chance to take an IATL module, which deepened my fascination with the concept of change and how it impacts different individuals. (P.S. I highly recommend everyone to explore an IATL module at least once.) I'm enthusiastic about bringing my passion for change and psychology to this role, to help amplify student voices.

Ruoqi Sun (Final Year)

I am Ruoqi Sun, and I am in my final year of education studies and GSD. As an international student in the university community studying an interdisciplinary degree, I am particularly interested in inclusive and sustainable campus experiences for students, and that’s primarily why I joined the student co-creation team of the student experience division. I hope we can aggregately make a positive impact on improving students’ lives at Warwick through this meaningful project!

Rania Jhumka (2nd Year)

I’m Rania and I’m a second year student studying Global Sustainable Development! I wanted to become a co-creation officer because upon my transition from 1st to 2nd year, I realised there were some aspects I wasn’t prepared for. After speaking to friends, I realised this was a shared experience. In being a co-creation officer, I want to understand how others felt about their transition from 1st to 2nd year and help to make it easier for future students. I hope to share my findings with the university so they can become aware of some of the hidden issues of transitions and help to better prepare students for what’s to come.

Chicko Ndumu (1st Year)

I’m Chicko Ndumu, a first year undergraduate at the University of Warwick pursing PPE. My lifelong passion for enhancing the student experience has manifested in many ways throughout my life. During secondary school this included active participation in the student council, peer mentoring, and the Inclusion, Equality and Diversity group. Continuing this journey at Warwick as a co-creator felt natural and has been immensely fulfilling. My primary aim is to contribute to the improvement of student experiences and facilitate a smoother transition from the first to second year. Dedicated to this crucial phase, I aspire to positively impact individual journeys, ultimately enhancing the overall university experience for all students.

Gurjas Kaur (2nd Year)

Hi, I'm Gurjas, a second-year sociology undergrad, fuelled by both academic curiosity and a strong affinity for coffee! As I've immersed myself in transition programs like summer schools, I've come to appreciate the profound significance they’ve had on easing my time during these new stages. My motivation to become a Co-Creation Officer is to amplify the practical voices of students to help this transition be more seamless. By fostering this projects bottom-up approach, I aim to facilitate meaningful collaboration between students and staff, paving the way for beneficial change. Joining this team is not just about being a part of it; it's about actively contributing to a positive shift in discourse at Warwick. At university, growth shouldn’t just be about academic achievements but also personal development!

Navraj Bains (Final Year)

I'm Navraj Bains, a final year Mathematics student at the University. I am a strong advocate for involving different voices, specifically those utilising our services. I have worked within Student Experience since the summer of 2023, working within the Welcome Team, before moving over to the Second Year Transitions project. My work in this team is dedicated to improving the user journey by creating a stronger foundation for both current and future students. I believe using shared experiences and designing solutions to issues I have faced myself is incredibly effective, I look forward to exploring this transition and positively impacting the student experience for all Warwick students.

Alisha Osinowo (Recent Graduate)

I'm a recent graduate from the University of Warwick; having spent three impactful years studying with the Psychology department, I transitioned into my role within the Student Experience team in 2023. Ultimately, I am driven by a passion for enhancing the end-to-end student journey for every student at the university.

With a background in UX/UI design, I intimately understand the importance of amplifying user voices to craft meaningful experiences, so as a Co-Creation Lead, I have the privilege of translating this passion into action, advocating for the needs of our diverse student body. It's incredibly fulfilling to be at the forefront of shaping initiatives that directly impact the student community, ensuring that their voices are not just heard but are actively embedded into the future of this university.
