Sauna and steam room policy

For your safety and comfort please observe the following when using the sauna and steam room:

1. Children aged 12-16 may only use the sauna / steam room if accompanied by an adult.
2. Please shower before and after using the sauna / steam room.
3. Swimwear must be worn at all times.
4. No glass bottles are permitted.
5. Photography and filming is not allowed.
6. If you are pregnant you are advised against using the sauna / steam room.
7. Please use the red button on the wall in the event of an emergency.
8. Please report any injuries, medical emergencies or operational issues to a member of staff.
9. Please do not shave in the showers.
