Student Feedback Survey (SFS) 2024

The Student Feedback Survey is a joint University and Students’ Union (SU) Survey that takes place in Term 1 and Term 3.

Term 1 survey is now live.

What is the SFS?

The Student Feedback Survey is intended to provide insight into the overall student experience. It includes questions about connection, support, belonging, wellbeing, the cost of living and key SU services. All undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research students are eligible to complete the survey. It is a joint University and Students’ Union (SU) Survey that takes place in Term 1 and Term 3.

How has the SFS made a difference?

Once the survey has closed, we will disseminate the data for each department alongside an institutional summary in the new year.

We will then follow up by sharing our analysis shortly after, including a summary of the headlines back to students to ensure we continue to close the feedback loop.
