Register - Think Like an English Postgrad

This interactive session is aimed at preparing you for postgraduate taught study. Co-designed and co-delivered by academics, students and careers & skills the session is for undergraduate finalists who are considering a taught Master’s – you do not have to hold an offer for postgraduate study. The session will be aimed at English postgraduate study however the skills are applicable to other areas of study – particularly the humanities. The session’s content is still being developed, however the types of activities you can expect are: • How to research and write a postgraduate independent research project • Enhance your academic writing and develop your independent study • Critical thinking • Postgraduate academic practice The session will be around an hour in length and will take place in late February or early March before the end of term. Free food and drink will be available. Register your interest and receive full details closer to the time!
