About the summer schools
Our Summer Schools offer participants a real insight into life at a competitive, research intensive university. Each Summer School is different, but they all usually involve staying in our halls of residence, attending academic taster sessions, social activities and experiencing the campus’s sports facilities. Participants also have the opportunity to meet current Warwick students during our Summer Schools.
The University of Warwick Outreach team have been holding Summer Schools for UK students from non-traditional backgrounds since 2012. In 2019, we welcomed over four hundred students aged between 15 and 18 years old on to our campus and we held our first online summer school for 16-17 year olds in 2020.
