Local Sourcing - Seed Oil

In October 2024, we changed our seed oil provider to local company Cotswold Gold. Based within a 50 mile radius of campus, their seed oil is grown, cold pressed and bottled on site.

Increased Plant-based Options

In the conference centre the lunch time menu is now 40% vegan and vegetarian!

Vegan and vegetarian meals are also prioritised on the menus, and the aim is to provide corporate guests with healthier and lower impact meals.
