Upcoming Events - 2025/2026
We've created a structure of events for you to feed in to, so you don't need to worry about event logistics or finding an audience. Undergraduates, postgraduates, academics, technicians and professional services staff are all welcome to take part!
On this page, you can check out our calendar of events. The three types of event you'll come across are:
- Resonate Lates - for adult audiences, taking place off-campus in community venues, usually in the evenings.
- Day Out! - for children aged 5-11 and their adults, usually on campus.
- Resonate Roadshows - off campus events in community venues. Audience differs depending on the specific event and we often work with a venue or community to create an event that suits their interests.
Once you know (roughly!) what you want to do, then fill in our expression of interest form using the link below. We'll be in touch to talk to you about your plans as soon as possible.

This event is a chance for Undergraduate students to showcase their work. There will be activity from our Public Engagement module students and URSS participants.
We welcome other undergraduate students to share their work at this event too! Perhaps your society would like to run an activity, or you'd like to explain an exciting concept from one of your modules?

Save the Date - Resonate Summer Festival

What? Interactive table-top activities, performances, workshops, talks and more!
We’ve made some exciting changes to the Resonate programme this year, to give us a chance to bring all the Faculties together for our biggest ever Resonate Summer Festival! We’ll be inviting members of the local community to campus for an all-ages day out, with activity linked to all subjects across Science, Technology, Arts and Social Sciences.
