WIE/ WIHEA Academic Promotions Support
Warwick Institute of Engagement's Promotion and Reward Learning Circle team up with Warwick International Higher Education Academy (WIHEA) each year to run support workshops for academic staff looking to apply for a promotion.
This years session will include information from WIE about putting together your Impact, Outreach and Engagement case, and from WIHEA who will talk through the process more broadly. Both teams will feature presentations from staff recently promoted, some advice on framing applications and plenty of time for questions and answers. The session will be in two parts, with the first hour suitable for staff looking to apply to become a Assistant Professor/Associate Professor, and the second for those looking to become a Reader/ Professor.
