WIHEA/WIE Grade 8 Staff Development Network

Warwick Institute of Engagement (WIE) and Warwick International Higher Education Academy (WIHEA) believe that peer support is key to staff development.

The WIHEA/WIE Promotion and Reward Learning Circles are exploring the idea of a staff support network for Grade 8 academic staff as an addition to their annual promotion event to create a space for staff to connect as they work towards promotion to Reader or Professor. All Grade 8 academic staff are welcome but this network may be of particular interest to teaching focused staff.

Please note the chairs of the WIE/WIHEA Learning Circles involved in the networks will be responsible for storing your data and it will be shared with all members of Warwick staff involved in leading the network both now and in the future for the purpose of keeping you informed of upcoming activity.
