What do we do?
- Campus gritting
- General maintenance - mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, watering, weeding & making areas look tidy
- Develop areas/landscaping - freshening up borders (replanting) in key locations
- Liaise with/coordinate events with external partners - contractors who need to carry out ground works, facilitating the use of grounds for sports teams, graduation, etc.
- Keep campus safe including tree work and repairing paths
- Maintain the highways in and around campus
- Support large construction
- Key stakeholders in developing and executing the masterplan and Biodiversity Strategy site plan

Part -time Gardener
21 hours per week
The role will be working within our Stratford Innovation Campus, located in Wellesbourne.
In this role, you will carry out a wide range of horticultural duties, including planting trees, shrubs, natural grassland and bedding schemes. You will also maintain areas by mowing, pruning, digging and strimming. There will also be some glasshouse work, including propagating plants, potting on and watering.
We offer a variety of benefits including generous annual leave allowance (including four days at Christmas), flexible working, training and development, and family friendly leave.
Salary £22,776 - £23,144 dependant on experience and an additional non-pensionable market supplement of £1,700 per annum (pro-rata).
