Each work consists of one 2-hour class, comprising lecture and discussion. reading (of both primary and secondary literature) will be prescribed ahead of each lecture on the Moodle page for this course.

For students taking the module as a Latin text option, there is an additional 1-hour class per week, in which we will read and discuss the prescribed Latin set texts. The texts will be issued as a PDF at the beginning of the term, but consult the syllabus for editions.
