Professor Charlotte Brunsdon elected as a Fellow of the British Academy
The Department of Film and Television Studies is delighted to announce that long-standing staff member Professor Charlotte Brunsdon has been elected as a Fellow of the British Academy. Her books include Television Cities (2018), Law and Order (2011), London in Cinema (2007) and The Feminist, the Housewife and the Soap Opera (2000). This distinction recognises Professor Brunsdon’s pioneering work in the field and is testament to the Department of Film and Television Studies’ status as a centre of excellence for the study and research of film, television and audio-visual media. Congratulations to Charlotte from everyone in Film and Television Studies!
