Heath Pennington (they/them) is a certified intimacy coordinator drawing on over 15 years of theatre, film, and television cast and crew experience to enable safe and consensual performances of nudity and simulated sex. Heath is also an educator, creator, doctoral candidate at the University of California Santa Barbara. They recently held Visiting Postgraduate Research Associate and Associate Lecturer positions at Queen Mary and Goldsmiths. Heath holds an MA in Gender Studies from Central European University and an MA in Performance and Culture from Goldsmiths. Their interdisciplinary research investigates consent, oppression, kink and BDSM.
