AWARDS
My PhD research was funded through the Arts and Humanities Research Council block grant scheme [2009-2012].
My MA was funded by the AHRC's Research Preparation Masters' Scheme, awarded through an open national competition [2007-2008].
I was also awarded funding to conduct research in the USA through the AHRC's Research Travel Support Grant [2011], and attended the Film & History conference in Milwaukee [2012] through an award from Warwick University's Humanities Research Fund.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In 2010/11, I was the administrator on the Postgraduate Methods Reading Group. The group met three times per term to discuss a piece of theoretical writing and its uses and implications in the field of Film and Television Studies.
In 2010/11, I was the 2nd year representative on the Staff/Student Liaison Committee (SSLC). We met three times per term to discuss any issues concerning the postgraduate students in the department.
