On behalf of the University of Warwick, Kate Ireland (Director of the Centre for Teacher Education) and Gwen van der Velden (Academic Director of WIHEA) invite you to celebrate Des Hewitt’s recent appointment as Professor with an inaugural lecture.

On 3 June 2019, WIHEA and the Centre of Applied Linguistics jointly hosted the Inaugural Lecture of Professor Jo Angouri to celebrate her recent appointment as Professor (Research & Teaching).

Monday 24 June, 12-2pm (OC1.08, Oculus Building)

The new Learning and Teaching Building at Monash University supports the learning of over 55000 students annually across all faculties. From its inception, the building has been designed to promote active learning and collaborative learning at scale while supporting the informal learning needs of students. Key design features, student input to design, staff and student feedback, and impact analysis will be presented. Please note lunch will be available.
