Summary
This seed fund project advances Warwick’s strategic ambition to empower graduates as confident leaders by embedding a broad and accessible university-wide leadership framework into the curriculum and through the Warwick Award. Building on successful model of integrated Warwick Award skill development in the curriculum, the project will pilot embedded leadership development content linked through to a Warwick Award Leadership Development Pathway in the School of Life Sciences and Warwick Medical School. Co-created with students, the project highlights inclusive, real-world leadership through alumni and peer stories. It supports the upscaling of embedded employability learning and fosters alignment across departments.
