The Early Career Fellowship offers completing Warwick PhD candidates support and training to build an independent academic career.

Visiting Fellowships 

With the current COVID-19 crisis ongoing and the need to restrict the number of people on campus we are not currently able to support applications to our visiting fellowships.  We are keeping this under constant review and will reopen the schemes as soon as possible. 

Exchanges Discourse Podcast 

Another episode of the The Exchanges Discourse podcast is out, this time featuring a reflection on the most recently published issue of the journal. Future episodes already recorded will feature interviews with a series of academic guests, focusing on their publishing experiences and advice to early career scholars and first-time authors. 

Podcast episodes are also available via Spotify and Apple Podcasts.  

Any researchers who’d might be interesting in contributing to a future episode or suggestions for topics, are encouraged to get in touch with Dr Gareth J Johnson, Editor-in-Chief, The Exchanges Journal 

Learn how to write and publish a great paper with Nature Masterclasses 

As part of our continuing provision of postdoctoral/ECR support and development, the IAS have paid access to the Nature Masterclass online course in Scientific Writing and Publishing for postdocs at Warwick.

This resource is for postdoctoral scholars at Warwick only and they must be members of the IAS. If you're new to the IAS, sign up as an Associate Fellow and gain access to this resource as well as other online training and support.
