Please see below the Autumn Accolade Schedule for all the events that will be held this autumn term. Information on times, locations, facilitators and learning outcomes for each session are listed below. Allthe in-person sessions this term will be held in the IAS Seminar Room C0.02. A networking lunch for all fellows will be held before each event and will run from 12:00 - 13:00 in the IAS Common Room C0.06.

Week 3: Teaching Practice Workshop

Description: Join us for a collaborative workshop led by Dr. Fraser Logan, where you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on and develop your teaching practice. Week 5: "What do Employers Wants? Selling the PhD outside of Acedemia"

Description: Join us for a workshop led by Michele Underwood to help identify and articulate the unique strengths of your PhD that can attract employers outside of academia. In today’s diverse job market, it’s essential to recognize how your advanced research skills, analytical abilities, and project management experience can be invaluable in a variety of roles. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how to position yourself effectively and confidently should you chose to pursue opportunities beyond academia.
