Before the MSc course I studied undergraduate chemistry at the university of Cardiff.

The course focused on developing analytical understanding and techniques which suited me and my personal goals. The course was very well structured with plenty of support , the staff and fellow students were friendly, and I enjoyed my time there.

What was your favourite module?

My favourite module was frontier techniques in analytical chemistry, because it covered a diverse range of techniques.

What was the standout facility for you?

I appreciated the common area the most, the free coffee and weekly lunches was a welcome change to what I had experienced at university before.

What was your favouite memory?

I enjoyed touring the microscopy labs and “testing” the laser tweezers.

What are you doing now? How has your experience at Warwick helped?

Since leaving Warwick I worked part time for a few months, but now I currently work at GW pharmaceuticals. It further developed my analytical experience and abilities. While there I also improved my CV and had some interview practice.

My time at Warwick was good and I do not regret it, if you are considering doing a postgrad definitely consider going to Warwick.
