Warwick Women in Chemistry put on an "empowering" roundtable event on career pathways.

On 16th March, a panel of Chemistry staff and alumni held an open discussion on what comes after a Chemistry degree for women in STEM. It was well-attended by students, fully listening and engaging with the discussion, asking superb questions.

One attendee remarked,

"This was such an empowering event. Thank you!"

Another said,

"I thought it was inspiring and nice to hear that women have the same experiences as me and there is a way to overcome the condescension"
