Hosted by Udayana University, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) concerning the establishment of the ENHANCE consortium for Humanitarian Engineering concluded in Bali, Indonesia on 21-22 December 2022

Noting that there has been an increased need and trend in recent years towards a more concerted effort in humanitarian engineering, as demanded by European and Asian governments, this MoU seeks to ensure the achievement of significant and impactful outcomes from existing and future collaborative endeavours between higher education institutions in Europe and Asia.

The cooperation aims to tackle the greatest societal challenges facing both Europe and Asia, and expedites knowledge and technology transfer between the countries.

The ENHANCE consortium is initiated through the ENHANCE project funded by the European commission (Project number 598502). The Founding Members of the consortium are as follow:
