UGM students exhibition 23 February 2019

ENHANCE team visits the UGM engineering students' exhibition. Amazed by the creative and innovative projects and exhibits!!!

The exhibition was organised for the 73 years' anniversary of the Faculty of Engineering. Students exhibited projects delivered within their studies.

ENHANCE was holding a stand where engineering solutions for tackling humanitarian challenges were showcased.

Practice-dialogue workshop Bangladesh 17-18 February 2019

The ENHANCE team delivered a practice-dialogue workshop in Bangladesh aiming at mapping societal and industrial demands for advancement of skills and knowledge in engineering education, for tackling humanitarian challenges. The workshop was attended by academics, students, industry professionals, practitioners and representatives of governmental organisations.

Kick-off meeting 10-12 December 2018

On 10 to 12 December 2018 the University of Warwick hosted the launch event of ENHANCE to bring together partners from Greece, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Vietnam for sustained reform of the graduate engineering programmes at each of the Asian higher education partner institutions.

The project, titled 'ENabling Humanitarian Attributes for Nurturing Community-based Engineering’ (ENHANCE), is being led by Professor Georgia Kremmyda of Warwick's School of Engineering. The project was awarded a grant of €999k from the European Commission under the Erasmus + Key Action 2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices; Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education.
